ONE TEAM. DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES.
Less chasing. More follow-through.
Keep family observations, teacher input and student priorities connected without giving every person access to everything.
Agree on the communication
- Choose a school-approved channel for official communication.
- Use plain language and ask who will respond to which questions.
- Write down actual agreed check-in dates, not assumed response deadlines.
Make ownership clear
- Give a next step one named owner.
- Let teachers contribute observations about assigned students.
- Let the student decide how to contribute their own perspective.
Keep the boundaries
- Teacher and district roles require verified organization access.
- Family billing and income documents are not school records in Alimenta.
- Private student reflections are not automatically shared with parents or teachers.
