Choose income verification from your account. The eligibility calculation is private; it is not a public questionnaire score.
- Prepare proof.
A household tax-income summary or recent income statements may be used. Show the household context, period and relevant income. Redact unrelated account numbers and Social Security numbers. Do not send these records in an email or school portal.
- Submit through private verification.
Files are quarantined for safety checks before an authorized reviewer can use them. Self-attestation does not activate the discount.
- Receive a decision before discounted checkout.
If approved, the server selects the $15 price. If more information is needed, the application stays pending rather than charging a rate you did not approve.
Private to the verification process.
Income evidence is not shared with teachers, district staff, connected students or the education-plan generator. The upload service remains closed until private storage, scanning and human review are operational.
Approval lasts 12 months. The discounted subscription ends at approval expiry unless renewed following re-verification. There is no silent switch to a higher rate.
