What happens when I cancel?
Use the provider-hosted billing portal when subscriptions are enabled. The timing and any remaining access are shown there. No payment is taken without a configured checkout and your confirmation.
Can a student pay for the family membership?
Independent student accounts begin at 16, but a parent or caregiver must manage the family membership. Students can connect to an adult-managed family account.
Can we try the planner first?
Yes. Try a limited two-step preview without an account. The complete planner, full plans, workbook recommendations, saving and downloads require paid member access or an active institutional agreement.
