STUDENT VOICE & SHARING
Connected does not mean visible to everyone.
Student, parent and school workspaces have different responsibilities. A connection is a permissioned relationship, not a blanket transfer of access.
Student accounts, age 16+
- Students choose what they contribute and which invited connections they accept.
- Plans, goals, tasks, meetings and selected workbook work can have distinct sharing scopes.
- Private reflections are not automatically included in parent or school access.
Parent connections
- Parents must attest to their authority and the student must accept the account connection.
- The tool does not itself adjudicate guardianship, custody disputes or school-record rights.
- Revocation stops new access; it cannot recall an authorized copy someone already downloaded.
School workspaces
- Teachers and support staff see only authorized, assigned students and permitted record types.
- District roles remain bound to verified organizations and explicit student scopes.
- Income evidence, household billing and private student reflections are not part of school access.
